The preparation to our first Open House in 2011 is in full swing. Judy and Teresa designing a rocking, mojo amazing flyer to promote our club.
Then, they posted this great flyer at Craiglists and contacted Tracy Record, Editor of the West Seattle Blog, and the West-Seattle Herold. Volunteers organized fruit trays, croissants, bagels, coffee and tee, and other great nibbles.
Peter our Sergeant at Arms informed the District Two Toastmasters weekly bulletin inviting all to come and check out the West Seattle Earlybirds. He also sent out a motivating member email asking for full attendance with smiling faces and encouraged us to bring friends to the meeting.
Bernd launches the website westseattleearlybirds.org/ propelling the club into the 21st century with Internet presence.
